My whole family feels lucky we found this sweet cabin on a lake in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. It was perfect for our annual summer vacation. We spent most of our time on or by the lake - kayaking and fishing - with day trips to neighboring towns for shopping excursions. It was peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. The kitchen set up allowed us to comfortably cook our own meals (thank you, dishwasher! So many cabins don’t have this!). The beds were so comfortable! The view from the living room invites nature in and always reminds you where you are - and when wildlife would visit (eagles, heron, loons, ducks), we could enjoy observing them from inside so we didn’t disturb them. The cabin was beautifully clean when we arrived, and Brian’s hosting is kind, proactive, and responsive. All in all, none of us wanted to leave the Lily Pad.

Our little family enjoyed a short get away to this little paradise. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We loved being so close to the lake and catching fish off the dock. Such a quiet and peaceful spot. Will be back, we loved it so much!

We loved the cabin! The cabin was very comfortable, newly updated, & clean. We enjoyed the large windows with the beautiful views of the lake & trees. This was a very private & relaxing getaway. We also enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the lake.

The Lily Pad cabin and its amenities were outstanding. The cabin was immaculately clean and was equipped with everything we could possibly need, both inside and out. The location was secluded ( but easy to get to) and very peaceful and we enjoyed the fact it overlooked the beautiful Muskie Lake and had an indoor and outdoor balcony, plus a boat dock with lounge chairs. I think this is the best cabin we have ever stayed in.

Brian was an incredible host! While we only had the pleasure of staying one night, it truly was a wonderful experience. The place was clean, inviting and had everything we needed to feel right at home… not to mention the view and the privacy was unmatched! My only complaint was that I wish we could have stayed longer!

The cabin itself is wonderful. From having about every amenity, the details were superb. The bed was extremely comfortable and even had flannel sheets. Also, the option to buy homemade muffins that were delivered before our arrival was terrific. Do NOT pass on the muffins, they're delicious. Also, Brian was among the best in communicating back and forth (very proactive and responsive). Everything was clean, and you can tell that the customer has been thought of in everything they do. Had fine dining 20 minutes away (Smokey's) and a beautiful hike through the Copper State Park to see the Brownstone Falls. Highly recommend the Lily Pad, it was wonderful.

This was our second stay at The Lily Pad. First off Brian responds super quick, he's very helpful and friendly. And Dawn's muffins are super delicious! Last year we only ordered a dozen; this year we doubled our order to be able to take more home. The place itself is just in perfect shape, "up north" charm and style, super comfy and peaceful. The view is gorgeous. Being right on the lake while also being surrounded by woods is pure heaven. We're already planning our activities for next year to go back! This place offers pure relaxation and soul restoration.

The Lily Pad was a great spot for a long weekend getaway. We appreciated the peaceful, secluded location right on the lake and how clean and comfortable the cabin was. We enjoyed fishing off of the pier and sitting around the fire pit. We'd love to return!
